Fixed Windows
Picture windows are made up of a sealed unit (panels of glass compressing a spacer bar to provide air space between) fixed into a vinyl extruded frame member, and held in place with a vinyl glazing stop. They are not operable!

Roto Corner Drive Locking System:
• Designed to take window air/water performance and security to higher levels.
• Combines energy saving and security advantages of European tilt + turn technology.
• Allows an additional locking point at the top of the window other hardwares don’t.
• Provides an integrated locking point positioned 3″ from the frame corner for superior air/structural performance.
Lock Handle:
• Patented “over design” travels 180 degrees and will not allow lock to be opened from outside reducing forced entries
